“Living in Cascais” in Moscow

For many privileged foreigners, including some individuals and families from Russia, the quality of life they have been experiencing after deciding to move to Cascais is incomparable.
The reason is simple. There are few places in Southern Europe, with “sun and beaches”, at less than a 5-hour flight (direct) from Moscow, that gather all of Cascais’ attributes. This town, only 25km away from Lisbon has particular characteristics that make it a special place, highly secure and attractive to live in, both permanently or just for a few months of the year.

Additionally, the advantages linked to the favourable fiscal regime for non-resident foreigners, offered by the Portuguese Government, as well as the ones associated with the Portugal Golden Visa Program (which allows for attainment of a resident card and the possibility of moving around the European countries within the Schengen space), are interesting elements for Russian families to benefit from. All these are strong elements that make of the present moment a unique opportunity to make a safe value added investment, through the acquisition of a property in Cascais, Lisbon, Portugal.

It is in this context and under the premises of the Cascais promotion strategy which aims to present its potential as an excellent residential destination, for several international markets, that Cascais Tourism will be present in Moscow, from 9th to 11th April. The main objective is to be able to present the project Living in Cascais Program at the “24th Moscow International Property Show” and promote a gathering – Networking Event Cocktail – joining the committee of Cascais real estate companies and local real estates/brokers, as well as potential investors interested on the investment opportunity and mutual businesses. This initiative is supported by the Portuguese Embassy in Moscow, by the Portuguese Agency for Foreign Investment and Commerce and by the Turismo de Portugal.
